Task:
Creating conditions for the application of tax IT preferences, obtaining accreditation from the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, transferring employees and the tax effect use
Result:
The effect of a reduced rate of insurance premiums appliance for 181 employees transferred to a company with a preferential rate amounted to 51.3 mil. rub.

Valuation of corporate disputes consequences for the value of trademarks

Task:
It’s mandatory to determine the value and the size of loss included into a trademark value of a very famous non-alcoholic beverage. A necessary brand publicity support was stopped because of a corporate dispute. As a result of that event the brand lost its leading market positions that it had before.

A cross-disciplinary research conducted by GBA specialists let determine the influence of the publicity contact termination to the brand’s position. The resulting value assessment and the loss size of the value of trademarks allowed the Customer to determine the real size of incurred losses incurred submit reasonable demand to the court.

The owner of a land plot went to court to protect his rights with a demand for the demolition of a squatter building. He stated that there was an unauthorized building on the land plot that was built without of the plot owner’s consent. The owner of the building, in his turn, states that the plot owner’s rights are not violated because the building isn’t located inside the land plot boundary. To resolve that case in court it was necessary to confirm or refute the presence of a squatter building inside the land plot boundary.
Result:
The fulfilled expertise established the fact of a self-willed seizure of the land plot. Basing on the results of the expertise the court passed a judgement to restore the rights of the plot owner’s rights and to demolish a squatter building. The appellate and cassation courts upheld the judgement.
